1. Who We Are

Tech Gaint Solution Private Limited (India) and Tech Gaint Solution LLC (United States) (together “Tech Gaint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) own and operate the Meet 360 video conferencing platform.

Meet 360 offers free and paid subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) with advanced features including our unique point-earning system, leaderboard, affiliate marketing program, and automated cash withdrawals.

Important Mandatory Features

• Every user must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification using government-issued documents.
• To unlock the official affiliate program (available only to paid-plan subscribers), you must digitally sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via electronic signature.
• For point-to-cash conversions and automated withdrawals, bank account details are collected and automatically verified.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide a secure, compliant, and fully functional service.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Basic Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number, password, profile picture, company name, and job title.
• KYC Verification Data (mandatory for all users): Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.), selfie verification, proof of address, date of birth, and any additional documents required for identity verification.
• NDA Digital Signature (for affiliate eligibility): Electronic signature, timestamp, IP address at signing, and the full signed NDA document.
• Payment & Subscription Data: Billing address and subscription plan details. Full card numbers are never stored by us — handled securely by PCI-DSS compliant processors.
• Bank Account Details: Account holder name, bank account number, IFSC/Routing number, and branch details for affiliate withdrawals and point cash-outs.
• Meeting Content (Customer Content): Audio, video, chat messages, screen shares, polls, whiteboards, recordings, and transcripts — only if the host chooses to record or save them.
• Affiliate & Point System Data: Referral links used, referred users’ activity, points earned, leaderboard rankings, commission history, and withdrawal requests.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device & technical data including IP address, device type, operating system version, browser type, MAC address, and approximate location (city/country only).
• Usage & meeting metadata including join and leave times, meeting duration, features used, and system performance logs.
• Cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics data (see Section 10).

C. Information from Third Parties

• KYC verification partners for identity validation.
• Payment gateways and banking partners.
• Limited referral data from affiliate participants.

We never use meeting audio or video for advertising or AI training without explicit consent.
