to our video conferencing service.
This Refund Policy explains our clear and fair refund rules in simple language.
1. Our Refund Commitment
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee
on all first-time paid subscriptions
(Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plans).
If you are not completely satisfied with Meet 360
within the first 7 days of your initial purchase,
you can request a full refund of the subscription fee you paid.
2. What is Eligible for Refund

Full refund of the first subscription payment
(Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plan).

Refund applies only to the initial purchase of a paid plan.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
used at the time of purchase.
3. What is NOT Refundable

Renewals:
No refunds after the initial 7-day period
or on automatic renewal payments.

Free Plan:
No charges are applied, so refunds do not apply.

Affiliate Commissions & Points:
Once commissions are earned or points are converted
to cash and paid out, they are non-refundable.

Usage After 7 Days:
If the service is used extensively after the refund window,
we may provide only a partial refund or no refund.

Add-on Services or Upgrades:
Additional purchases made after the initial subscription.

Chargeback Abuse:
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first
may result in account suspension.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your Meet 360 account.
- Go to the Billing & Subscriptions section.
- Click the Request Refund button (available within 7 days).

- Your registered email address
- Reason for refund (optional)
- Order or Transaction ID
Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within
5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider,
the amount may appear in your account
within an additional 3–7 days.

You will receive an email confirmation
once the refund is issued.
6. Special Notes for Affiliate Users

If you joined the Affiliate Program using a paid plan
and request a refund within 7 days,
your affiliate access will be revoked.

Commissions already paid out before the refund
will not be recovered.

Points earned before refund approval
will be forfeited.
7. Changes to Refund Policy

Any changes will be posted on this page
with a new effective date.
