Welcome to Meet 360. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Tech Gaint Solution Private Limited (India) and Tech Gaint Solution LLC (United States) (collectively “Tech Gaint”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Meet 360 you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. Definitions

• Free Plan: Limited meetings and features without cost.
• Paid Plans: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual subscriptions with full features.
• Affiliate Program: Performance-based marketing program available only to paid-plan users.
• KYC: Know Your Customer identity verification.
• NDA: Non-Disclosure Agreement required for affiliate eligibility.
• Points: Reward points earned through the platform.
• Leaderboard: Monthly and lifetime performance ranking system.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Meet 360.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• KYC verification is mandatory for all users.
• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
• Multiple accounts per person are prohibited without written permission.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Plan: Limited meeting features.
• Paid Plans: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual recurring subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Refund Policy: 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. KYC Verification & NDA

• Every user must complete KYC verification.
• Government-issued ID, selfie, and address proof are required.
• To join the Affiliate Program you must:
• Subscribe to a Paid Plan
• Complete KYC
• Digitally sign our NDA
• Verification may be conducted by secure third-party services.

5. Affiliate Program Terms

Meet 360's Affiliate Program is a legitimate performance-based affiliate program. It is NOT a multi-level marketing system, pyramid scheme, or Ponzi scheme.

• Commissions are earned only from real paid subscriptions.
• Free users cannot access the affiliate program.
• Commission rates vary by plan.
• Affiliate accounts may be suspended for fraud or spam.
• Affiliates must comply with advertising laws.

6. Point System & Leaderboard

• Meet 360 includes a unique point-earning system.
• Points are awarded based on verified activities.
• Monthly and lifetime leaderboards rank top users.
• Points can be converted into real money.
• Bank accounts are verified before payout.
• All payouts are subject to verification and tax requirements.

7. Automated Withdrawals

• Affiliates can withdraw earnings to verified bank accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed via secure banking APIs.
• Processing typically takes 3-7 business days.
• Delays caused by incorrect bank details are not our responsibility.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws.
• Share illegal or harmful content.
• Use the platform for spam or fraud.
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
• Bypass KYC or security systems.
• Harass or abuse other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights related to Meet 360 including software, design, branding, and technology belong exclusively to Tech Gaint.

Users retain ownership of their meeting content but grant us a limited license to host and transmit it.

10. User Content & Recordings

• You are responsible for the content you share.
• Meeting hosts control recording features.
• Recorded meetings are stored in the host account.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

• You may cancel subscriptions anytime.
• Accounts may be suspended for violations or fraud.
• Termination removes access to paid features.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Gaint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid within the previous 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Gaint harmless from claims resulting from misuse of the Service.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Users will receive notice of significant changes.

16. Governing Law

India users: Governed by Indian law.

USA users: Governed by United States law.

17. Miscellaneous

• These Terms represent the entire agreement.
• If a clause is invalid, remaining clauses remain valid.
• No waiver applies to future violations.
